Quick and friendly service. The food was delicious. I haven't been to a Noodles & Company in years, so a very special treat for it to be in Rapid City.
Had a Med salad. They forgot the noodles. When I notified management, she gave me a free meal. That's customer service.
I made a to-go order, and was given a completely wrong one. I called the store to inform about this issue, and request a refund. Was told by a manager that a free meal certificate would be sent to my address. But I was lied to, nothing was ever sent. I will never go back to Noodles & Company, they are just over priced sub-par meals with horrible customer service. There are better places to eat in the area, so don't waste your money and time with this one.
Not as great as zmariks but still tasty. Limited menu options but still something for everyone.
Quick service. I ordered the Bangkok Curry and it was not my favorite, but I think it's my personal preference not a bad dish. Atmosphere is very nice. Will definitely be back.
