Really good food, just had to wait a little longer than hoped
We have had nothing but bad experiences every time we go to this Culver's. I have never been to a fast food establishment that argues with you every time they mess up the order and they don't give you a receipt. We have been to other locations in Rapid city and other locations in other states and have never been treated so poorly. We keep going back hoping its due to being brand new but seriously horrible customer service and attitude problems by staff. We go to this location due to convenience but now will be going out of our way to go to other locations with much better customer service and efficiency. And locations that will give first of all give you a receipt or ask, get the order right the first time and or friendly.

Great food, good prices. The only negative thing is only cold water to wash your hands on the bathroom. Other than that it's a classy place!
Totally over cooked the butter burgers. Tasted burnt. Very unfortunate because I tried them before and they were awesome. To bad, thought they were suppose to be great.
