This was the worst "Chinese food" I've ever had, and I've eaten Chinese food in south central Canada. I'm pretty sure gas station sushi would have been more palatable. My son thought he stepped in dog poop when he smelled his plate of slop. My daughter refused to eat there, and she has eaten our dogs' treats before. The service was slow lacking energy, training, and professionalism. We tried to chew through our food and try to find something eatable but was unsuccessful. Four fortune cookies and $60 later we left to find lunch as we were still hungry and slightly sick. Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money Here!!!
It started to escalate so I told her I needed to get my kids to the car to get glucose tablets and to be away from the argument and then I would return. We started to walk out of the door and she had grabbed my daughter by the hood of her coat.
After the police arrived I paid 15 dollars to escape a theft charge. We will never be back there again. Ever.
Even my wife who is easily pleased liked nothing! I believe they’ve gone to inferior ingredients to save money! Well that’s going to backfire because you don’t have any business any more and you use to be a very busy business!
Well, let's begin by putting this out there. We walked in, and the place was empty. Five to six years ago this place was a good place to eat. You sometimes had to wait for a table to open. Today, was a whole other story. My boyfriends son got a plate of food and sat down next to me. He asked me if I had stepped in dog poop. When we had clearly checked to make sure no one had in fact, stepped in dog poop, we smelled his food. Found the poop culprit. I took three bites of food an decided that continuing meant I'd probably have a bad case of the poopsies, and when seeing my boyfriend gag on something that resembled an egg roll...or maybe chicken...hard to tell. I was done. His one daughter refused to even try it. And the oldest girl .. .well her eyes watered as she gagged down what ever the gruel was she tried. Our service was sketchy. When the kids ordered soda...the waitress insisted that one get water. Even though they ordered soda a few times. Pick your battles I guess.
I wouldn't try it. Not if I was starving. Good luck Rapid City. That's not what y'all deserve. We will never eat there again and would never recommend it. Too bad I can't leave zero stars.
Also from the back where the bathrooms are was a severe sewage smell! Not good!
Have always loved it! Don’t know what happened today at lunch! The Napoleon desserts were severely freezer burnt so they tasted horribly!
To top everything off, once our waiter sat us he never once came back!!!

All in all we were charged sixty dollars for some food I wouldn't feed my dog. Our waitress was rude and not qualified to work with the public. We left, hungry. Irritated. And craving anything that would get the taste out of our mouths.
All the dishes I love were disgusting! Even the sweet n sour sauce tasted crappy! New cook? I don’t know but they better tighten up because nothing tasted good on that line!
Was there last night! The food was disgustingly cold, even the ice cream tasted gross!!!!!!! I'd give no stars.
If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. The food was hard and cold so I refused to pay for my meal and 1 of my kids’ meals. The only reason I was willing to pay for 1 child is because she’s diabetic and had taken a lot of insulin to cover for this meal so she had eaten “some” of her food but not even half of what she was suppose to.The lady would not budge on the 30 dollars and I wouldn’t budge on the 10 so she called the cops.
It will be a while b4 I go back!
