A quick lunch, make sure that cashiers hear your order, most likely will be wrong, but don't worry they will blame you and fix the problem
Everything was smooth and delicious. There was a lot of smoke in the store though which was not pleasant for my eyes.
The restaurant is filthy. Floors look like they are never mopped. Tables are always dirty. All employees behind the counter; not one attending to the lobby. Slow service. Play area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months.
Very very dirty! It seems it's always full of smoke when I go. Staff is very nice though.
Usually I like BK, but this one I had to ask for fresh fries before I even sat down or tasted the ones that came with my meal. I could taste that the oil in the fryer hadn't been changed in at least 5 days.... yuck!
