There was a group of 4 of us all looking to buy beds and our 3rd store of the day. We had looked at many beds and compared prices and were getting tired. When coming to Simply Sleep Better we met Abby and she was AWESOME and so friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It took one adjustable bed and we were all sold! I never had so much fun buying a bed! Thank you Abby!!!
Abby was absolutely phenomenal. This was the second store we visited and wish it was the first. Having that New York accent and sassiness but really took care of us was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better sales person. I know how reviews can be, so all I would say is stop by talk to Abby and judge for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
Great customer service and clean, nicely laid out store! Just walked in and from that moment to the moment I walked out i felt comfortable and welcomed. Its as if I could already tell that I was about to make a purchase that would make me simply sleep better.
Abby was an absolute delight to deal with. Very knowledgeable and patient answering our endless questions. I look forward to dealing with her again. We haven't received our new bed yet, but I'm sure it will prove to be everything Abby assured us it will be. Thanks for a great experience.
