Spent 3 nights. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Location has easy access to all major roadways but is in a quiet location. Rooms were very well kept and modern. When I visit Rapid City again this is where I will be staying.
My wife and I spent 3 days at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Rushmore South, Rapid City, SD. We really enjoyed our stay,the suite was very good,the breakfast was great, the reception staff and all the staff were excellent and very friendly. We love the new design of the Holiday Express Inn & Suites, we have visited other new Holiday Express Inn & Suites and all have been excellent. New, clean, nicely appointed rooms. Pleasant helpful professional staff. I've stayed here twice in as many weeks while traveling for work and highly recommend.
It's the second time I stay in Holiday Inn express. Each time gives me great experience! This holiday inn is brand new and a little far from the rapid city. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful! They have hot breakfast and a lot of choices for bread, donuts, cinnamon rolls and drinks (they even have soy milk!) The only thing is the window cannot be open and there is still some smell in the hotel since it's new.
