OK breakfast but very small area set aside for it. The hotel room was awful, felt like sleeping in a bar in the seventees (old smoking room). The price was way to high for the standard and location
Nice and clean. I'm a little sad their hot tub is gone--maybe remodeling? New furniture was delivered during our stay and staff was very professional about it. Some things are a little dated, but it looks like they are slowly remodeling and updating. Comfortable sheets, new beds, and new chait's and couches all made our stay nice.
We chose this hotel for its proximity to the hospital when our son was sick. It is 3 blocks away and has medical rates available. There is a salt water pool and fitness center, as well as a full, hot breakfast. Coffee is on all day. Laundry facilities are available and very reasonable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate our changing stay schedule twice without batting an eye! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The rooms were great and the front desk was so helpful. However the only strike against them was that our room key needed to be reprogrammed literally everyday. Other than that it was great.
We stayed with our two kids (9 1/2 and 11) for one night while we were travelling. The room and bathroom were both very clean. No dust on top of picture frames or headboards even. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub, but the kids enjoyed the pool. It also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room, but having read previous reviews we knew there wouldn't be and had planned accordingly. The staff was friendly. We appreciated the luggage carts, it made it much easier to get everything in and back out the next morning. Breakfast was what we had expected, they were very busy when we went to eat but there were two staff members bustling around keeping everything filled and tables wiped.
