Friendly staff and both times we rented they upgraded us for free when our size rental was not available. Also gave us 20% off when we reserved 4wd and they gave us 2wd instead. Very hard to get into their lot from the south, safer to go past it and turn around at Menards.

AWESOME SERVICE!! The wait wasn't long, very painless and simple process. They made small talk and asked me what things I wanted to see in SD! Upgraded the car for me to smaller SUV for free. When I returned they were busy but super nice and attentive. They refunded my credit card quickly and overall I'm just pleased with how amazing they were.
Excellent service from the pickup location in Rapid City to the drop off at the airport. Reservation made through Costco allowed second driver at no cost. Besides that extra, the total cost was well below competition. Airport manager gave us a discount when we responded to his question "if everything was ok with the rental" and we mentioned the charge for drop off at different location from the pickup. He asked why we did that. We responded that our arrival was at midnight and the thought of driving in the dark on unknown roads made us decide to pick up the car the following day from the local Rapid City office. Wonderful service.
