I called Avis and no one answered, finally a voice mail was an option , no one called me back. I called during business hours so I don't know what the issue is.

I would like to acknowledge Shellie - service could not have been better!!! I was in and out of there so quick. She handled replacing my rental car so fast and with a smile, a positive attitude and humor!
No compassion, no kindness. Never explained policy. Just rudely says " Its on the internet!" It was first time trying to rent a car to get to family emergency. Never ever will go through avis again.

Excellent service, excellent vehicle. Rented a 2016 GMC Acadia for a 4 day weekend. Car was great and fully-loaded. Location of the branch is very convenient. I would definitely rent from Avis at Rapid City Regional again.
