Riddles is just a good experience to have. The staff is very helpful, positive and most generous with their time in helping their customers. I had a problem with a clasp on a necklace and the jeweler showed me how to properly use it. Also, he did an adjustment on a pair of jade earrings without charge. They are truly kind and professional.
Mike and his staff are always helpful. If they can't find it in stock...they'll get what you need from another store or by creating a custom piece.
Being a novice jeweler purchaser, I of course asked my mother who she would recommend for a jeweler in SW South Dakota or NW Nebraska. She recommend Riddles Jewelry. The Sales Associate approached me and asked what I was looking for. I did a little research online were I was fairly confident in what I wanted for an engagement ring. I never called ahead and the research I did was months ago. I was sure they wouldn't have it. She didn't have the one I looked at online BUT she had one that looked much better and had a larger diamond and is sure to make my future wife happy. I was impressed by the selection and the prices are very fair compared to other jewelers of the same demographics. What shocked me the most, it took 15 minutes. I had set aside 3 hours from what my friends have told me. I said a few key words that the Sales Lady Joanna needed to hear and she found the ring quickly very similar to what I found online months ago but better. I'm ex tactic and I just spent the money.
They mutilated my wedding set. The salespeople were condensing. 0/5 if possible. I can't even get it fixed with a certificate of authenticity because the 10k gold stamp was removed from my rings by Riddle's.
Luke was super helpful and friendly. Went in looking for a gold chain for the fiancee's ring and maybe some earings. Walked out 20 mins with both and he helped me on the price. So no complaints. As they say happy wife(almost there), happy life.
