I love Riddle's. My husband has purchased all my jewelry gifts from Riddle's and I wouldn't have it any other way. Customer service has always been amazing and the jewelry is timeless and beautiful. I only wish I could have more of it!!

We've been here twice, once in 2010 and again in 2017. On our first trip we toured the factory and purchased 4 or 5 pieces. On our recent trip in 2017, we arrived early and one of the sales reps took us on a private tour of the factory. They had a couple of tour buses coming in so they got us through ahead of the large group. I wanted to see the process a second time as I enjoyed it so much the first time. I purchased a ring and a chain this time. The pieces that I purchased 7 years ago are just as beautiful as the day I purchased them.
I bought a watch 1 year ago, the spring broke in the clasp. I brought the watch in and the spring in 2 weeks later. They have now had the watch and spring for a month and it is stil not fixed and no estimated time it will be fixed. It is now 2 months later and my watch is still not fixed. I went to ask about it today and was told there is only one person who fixes the jewelry and he'll get to it when he gets to it. Had I known it would take 2 months to fix a spring I would have found someone else fix it. I spent extra money on this watch expecting it to last longer and the service from the people in the mall to be better. Very disappointed in Riddles Jewelry now.
