Heaven forbid they offer any customer service. I called and spoke with another opitical place, Optical Works here in town and Tammy was phenomenal. I had a free sample lens right away and was able to see again. My family of 7 just found our new optical place, Walmart just lost business.
Well my kids appointments were scheduled for 10 and it is now 1030 and we have yet to be seen but their were like three other people who where being seen be fore us and yet I called a week ago for the appointments. I will not be coming this Walmart vision center here in Lacrosse strett rapid City south Dakota after this experience and do not recommend anyone else to come here......either they get a one Star rating for the lack of selection to choose from as well .....
I wasn't surprised that there already was a bad review. I had an emergency situation and just moved to Rapid City from out of state and was out of lenses. Dawn the gal who was working was no help. She also wasn't willing to ask the doctor anything until after his last appointment of the day, which would be hours later. She said I would have to pay for 100.00 visit before I would be helped. Mind you I just had one back in Colorado before I moved her a month ago. I requested to leave my phone number so the doctor could call me back, Dawn just laughed and said, "oh, he doesn't return phone calls.''
