Very good PA's, but rude nurses. One of the nurses/assistants treats people like they are just there looking for narcotics. She needs to go back and get trained properly. Unfortunately there are not a lot of choices in the area. Your only consolation is that it's not RC Regional!
Wait time was only 5 minutes for a walk-in physical.

This place is fantastic! Don't shy away because it's in the parking lot of a strip mall and attached to a Qdoba. It's brand new inside, welcoming, and very modern appearance. Everyone here was so nice and cuts to the chase. I was there less than 30 minutes and satisfied with the result. I wish urgent cares back home were more like this.
The nurse was quick and got the doctor right in. Both were professional yet very personable.
Great for a quick stop when your sick. I came in on Saturday because I had experienced a lot of coughing and wheezing from a cold. They got me in extremely quickly, even though they had to look up my insurance. The nurse and doctor were very nice. In and out in 30 minutes which was perfect for what I needed.
Worst experience I have ever had. The older female Dr. Is so full of herself she doesn't even listen to her patients. I left feeling ripped off. Funny thing is is I've talked to about 6 other people who had the exact same experience. We all went in to get better and left with absolutely no results. It was a complete waste of time and money. Don't even go there. Find a better place to do business. Scam artists.
The staff at the counter were super friendly and courteous. Made the process fast and painless.
