Was an excellent visit. I'm transferring from out of the area and I'm not familiar with anyone here. Dr Sears took time to tell me about herself, her medical background, what her ways are for taking care of her patients and I was able to go over my history in great detail. She never made me feel rushed or like my concerns were unimportant. Furthermore, I'm able to combine a couple doctors into one, which will be so nice! The lab went well, and is covered on my insurance so billing shouldn't be an issue. I was very impressed with the office staff. My husband was seen downstairs at another part of the clinic and is very pleased with his visits as well.
If you want a thorough annual exam...I recommend you to try somewhere else.
Nice people, but the scheduled clinic (downstairs) do the bare minimal service in order to collect insurance payments. Picking at the teeth to get them to do normal items. I said I needed an annual full physical...doctor came in and just listened to my breathing and tapped on my knees, and that was it. Did some labs...doctor wanted me to come in to discuss the results like it was something serious just to find out it was something most other places would just let you know over the phone...thus, wasting my time, caused some anxiety about the results, and they collected another insurance visit payment.
They didn't do influenza shots either or just didn't want to do it...now I am suffering from the flu...so I decided to write this review.
Wonderful care, but the billing department is HORRIBLE. They're crabby, but billing departments often are. Their incompetence is what really gripes me. We pay our bill, according to THEIR terms, and they still sent us to collections, on a $150 bill!
Urgent care (upstairs) seems fine and the other services seem fine.
