I had surgery here today. It was a great experience! They made a stressful situation much better! The front desk, registration, nurses, and doctors were very nice and attentive! The nurses and doctors had a great bed-side manner and the facility was very clean. I would definitely recommend this surgical center!!!!

My surgery was fine, it is the billing department that I am displeased with. After following up with the billing department for 11 months, they finally processed my claim to insurance correctly. Then, only 30 days after they were paid 70% of the invoice from insurance they sent my account to collections. They did not send a letter or attempt to call me, and only sent one invoice, which I sent a payment in on! I tried to call to find out what happened to the check that they cashed but did not report anywhere, I was talked down to and rudely transferred to another voicemail, which of course never called me back.
