The visit was more pleasant than expected. I will return if needed.
I wasn't able to get there until a quarter to 7pm which is what, unfortunately, set the mood for the entire experience. The receptionist was still pleasant, however the RN who took my vitals and did the questionnaire was neither pleasant or patient. She was abrupt and interrupted me when i was trying to describe my symptoms, talked over me and was almost rude. She started to take my blood pressure, then must have decided against it, because she took the cuff off and put it away. The x-ray technician was polite in a no-nonsense sort of way. The PA was not open to possibilities other than her already decided diagnosis. Once i was dismissed i wasn't even allowed to pay.
Each time I have gone in they have been very nice as well as very through. One time I was there until 7:30 PM as they were waiting for labs and x-rays to be reviewed......I was there for 2 hours but everyone was still very nice even if I did not leave there until 30 minutes after closing. And I have received excellent care and gotten the meds I needed for my illnesses. I always feel confident in the care I have received as the care my grandchildren have received there.
Need to send them back to school.
I was seen right away and close to closing time. The staff was very reassuring and compassionate. They performed very thorough assessments and got me in and out in around 30 minutes. The provider let me know about financial assistance that I could use when picking up my prescription. The next morning, the same provider called to check up on me and see how I was handling the medication and how I was feeling. Excellent place to seek medical care..
Don’t know anything about medical service, will waist your time to give you the right medicine.
