It's a hardware store. Good selection of fasteners, and the staff is usually pretty helpful.
Went in today looking for some help with air compression fittings. Met a young guy who tried his hardest to help me. But when he asked one of the older gent for guidance things turned for the worse. He offered little help and seemed to be bothered by the questions. I told him I was new in town and this seemed to bother him more..
This gent should have been in the back, his customer service skills are bad.
An hour trip to lowes takes about 10 minutes at this ace. Staff was very knowledgeable, they knew exactly what I needed for my project, and the easiest way to do it.
Seems to the older guys there don't really want to work there . As for me I will take my business elsewhere.
It's always a good place to go looking for things. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. They might not have everything but it's still a good place to go find items that might be needed for a project. And they had other locations they can look at for items too.
