I don't care for the way John interrupts me (and others) when I'm talking with the cashier about my purchase.... On the floor he's helpful ut he's been understaffed for so long and running around crazy for so long he's gotten into the finish this task, hurry, gotta hurry, got 80000 more things to do mode and the customers have become inconsequential numbers. He needs more help.
Very friendly and professional. Has a large selection. They're the best Harbor Freight I've been to.
The prices are fantastic. The tools are better than their reputation would have you believe and they're good at honoring their warranty if you do have issues.
After about 8 minutes waiting in the check out line for one customer in front of me, while watching four customers check out through another line, the supervisor at at the register ignored me when I was up, literally turning around to help another customer instead. The manager instructed this while I was standing right there. Without a word from them I realized I needed to go to the other line and wait again. Really unprofessional and rude.
