It was very pleasant working with this gentleman in flooring, a fairly new employee I understand and he was awesome in helping me through the process. I told the other gentleman working there that they need to hang on to this new guy because anyone who gets him for any help in that department will be,very pleased. He gets an A+ from this customer.
Some good sales and very clean store. Median to high quality goods, and you pay for it. Very nice but not for the bargain hunter. Was there on a Sunday, and finding help was difficult.

Lowe's of Rapid City stays true to Lowe's everyday standard. The employees are usually knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. They are very military oriented, from their discounts to their employees. They are huge supporters and as a company they stick to selling quality products for a good price instead of hopping on the bandwagon for promoting political correctness to draw in customers. But best of all, they allow dogs inside.
Very convenient location... We found christmas decorations at lower prices than other stores in the local area.
