We are fans of Fischer Furniture and have made several purchases, small and big, over the past 10 years. We recently had the pleasure to work with Amy Hurd who assisted us with selecting a Serra icomfort motion essentials mattress and adjustable foundation, which we are loving. We also purchase a leather sofa and matching chair that is beautiful but after it was delivered we felt it was oversized and too dark for our room. Within a couple days we called Fischer's to see if it was possible to exchange it for another living room set that was displayed in their store. The manager was so kind and helpful and made the exchange a breeze. And Amy was right there to offer more suggestions that helped us pick out the perfect sofa and chair. She was a gem to work with and went way out to find the right fabric for an accent chair..That kind of service means the world to us.
This review is based off our first visit to Fischer Home Galleries. This was only our second visit to any furniture store ever and we were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. We weren't pressured and were free to take our time to look around. Our salesperson Mark H. was seriously the best! So knowledgeable and extremely patient and understanding through all our questions, our kids, and my back and forths! Mark even moved furniture pieces to other parts of the store so I could see them side by side to the pieces I was interested in, without me even having to ask if it was possible! Definitely will be coming back for any and all our future furniture needs. Friendly service from everyone and great selections! Oh, and if you happen to stop in make sure to ask for Mark H, you won't regret it!

This was my first time shopping at Fischer's, we just moved to town. We worked with Mark. He gave us great customer service, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We found exactly what we were looking for. We love the color, quality, and style of our new sofa. I would recommend and plan on shopping there again.
