Leonard was awesome, he listened to what my needs were and wasn't pushy at all! I enjoyed my experience at this store and I will make sure I send/ recommend people there! Thank you so very much you all rock at that store!
Leonard was such a great help and very friendly! We LOVE our new sofa and would recommend this store! After shopping at a few different stores, we are very glad we made our final decision here!

SO TIRED of the wait. But I guess it's our own fault for returning to this store and placing another order. We always pay in full, only to wait, wait, wait for receipt of order. Also made the mistake of praising this store to family and friends. They've all said NOT to complain until after receiving this order, but I can't stand the idea of more people going through the same thing. And when they EVER decide to ship our order, we will still have to wait for delivery. We don't let Ashley's poor service reflect on delivery people; they are appreciated and tipped well. But I'm so saddened that I was stupid enough to return to this store. Shame on me, don't make the same mistake, people, if you pay thousands for something, you don't deserve to be given false ETAs and ridiculous waits. They already have your money, and they've proven their disregard for customer service.
Awesome store. Have had issues at other Ashley stores but not this one! Great selection, friendly but not pushy. Leonard was great to work with.
