I have purchased all my appliances at Karl's as I need them for the past 20 years, and I have never regretted it. The salespeople are, without exception, helpful, knowledgeable, and no-pressure to buy individuals. The products Karl's carry are the ones that consistently receive good reviews in Consumer Reports, Good Housekeeping, etc. I'll continue to patronize Karl's whenever I need appliances in the future.

I wish I had one really nice thing to say about Karl's and maybe it's just the way they make appliances now but I have nothing but problems to report about my Frigidaire Gallery and the expenses that are incurred over a very expensive refrigerator. Very not happy
Bram came out to service our dryer and gave us the bad news we needed a new one. He was very professional and helpful. He explained what happened and showed me the damage. We're lucky our house didn't burn down. We stopped by the store for a new dryer and Crystal made us a good deal on a replacement. We've always gotten great customer service from Karl's (for almost 20 years now). Bram and Crystal are two reasons we will always be loyal customers!
