Luke saved the day. I bought an open-box receiver on Black Friday. Got it home (hours away) and the remote was missing despite the box indicating that all of the parts were present and accounted for. Tried for hours to get the problem resolved via the website and telephone. No one was able to help. Finally got in touch with Luke in Rapid City- he scoured the store until he found a replacement and arranged to have it shipped to me. This is the kind of customer service that saves businesses!
Even though the technology I sought was not offered by the store, the people on the floor were very helpful in making an effort to find the solution I was seeking. It was nice to be approached several times as I attempted figure a work around. Really great customer service.
Thank you Best Buy!!! My son was having big problems with his cell phone charging. His carrier said it was to old to try a wireless charger ( the charge port was broken) .You assured him that a certain wireless one would work...AND IT DID!!! This enabled him to transfer out pictures and other items that are now safely stored! Thank You!

Went in to buy wireless charger for my Note 8. The one I wanted was over $80. They asked if I'd like a "Price-check"....I said sure...he checked and I got it for $53.01, which was WallyWorld's price! AWESOME!
I like this store. Everything is easy... employees are there to help all around. When shopping online I can easily pick it up in the store for free.
