The store is stocked well. However, the site to store customer service is horrible. We normally have to wait 5 to 10 min... I check in when I am in the parking lot and no one is back there when I get there. Plus the women who are on the customer service desk are rude. One lady was rude and I told her that she was and she apologized but the other women are worse. They will stand and talk to one another and make customers wait. The only bright star in that store is the lady who works as a cashier in the garden center. Can't remember her name but she is always nice to everyone ...
Wow. We had an emergency with a tire and could not get into the tire center until the afternoon of Thanksgiving. We were under the impression they would be open normal hours. Come to find out they closed early for Black Friday deals and had no space to work on the tire. Sunbeam, Alita, Tom, Stacy and Hank all saved the day by helping us anyway. They truly showed the best customer service and our thanksgiving would have been ruined had they not gone ABOVE and BEYOND. Thank you
This store is horrible. Compared to other store in the area. They lock up almost everything ( headphones, dvd players, charging cords, phone cases.) In electronics. Seriously!!! Bad idea when they get too busy and everyone is waiting to get something out of a case. I can go to Best buy of Target and grab what I need and go without having someone stop me and check my receipt.
One of the busiest Walmart I've ever been to. Great coffee selection and usually everything is in stock. Friendly staff.
I'm not going to lie. Out of the two Walmarts in town, this ain't the better one. No disrespect to the employees who seem to be putting in more than their share of effort. But if you get to choose, shop at the south side Walmart instead.
