Assistant Store Manager Rod is disgusting!
Assistant Store Manager Rod feels that this sign does not apply to him. After handling his business, he happily walks over and grabs the door and door handle and exits the room.
So now Rod has handled the restroom door and another door that other employees are required to use for entry and exit. He has also bypassed the automatic sink in the men’s room (that helps avoid the spread of germs) in favor of putting his waste cover mittens on yet a third surface in the store.
Thank you for carrying Amish products. This is very much appreciated. Please continue to do so in carrying these specialty items.
When I questioned him about his cleaning habits, he said “I use another sink in the other room because the water is hotter”.
Today he was “using the facilities”. Directly next to the door there is a large blue sign with white writing that says: Employees wash hands before returning to work. Or something close to that.
almost all the staff is nice and i like their products clean store to. i might of gave a 5 star but they had a rude jerk working at the chainsaw area that looks like a fat john malkovich... that guy will treat you like your retard.
The other employees that were present were too afraid to say anything, as they noted “he’s the assistant manager”.
He shrugged his shoulders as if to say that I’m making a big deal out of nothing.
One manager walked away from me in front of other customers when I was negotiating a return of a shirt that shrunk after 1 washing. I used to shop there all the time but won't anymore. Wrote to store manager & never heard anything. Apparently they don't care about loyal customers. All my horse & ranch friends will hear about the poor treatment I got. I was reasonable, never got angry, & was respectful. The guy should be fired.
His nasty bathroom habit don’t need to be spread throughout the store.

Large selection, though if you are looking for quality, many items are not high quality, though they claim to be. Like leather boots that are man made in China, not actually made of leather at all. Those boots claim to be very high quality. I have my doubts. Headed to Boot Barn where they actually have boots made of leather and last more than a month.
