Do not try to exchange anything because they will not know how to do it and it will take about 3 to 4 employees to figure it out. They are polite and seem very smart but the registers are from the early 90s... out of date and hard to figure out.

We Went to Sears 3 weeks ago and told them what was going on. First thing they ask was did I pay extra for extended warranty. I did not but the machine is still under warranty. We talked to a female manager who took down all the information and said we would hear from a service person that week to schedule an appointment to come look at the washer. It has now been 3 weeks and we are still waiting for a phone call to schedule an appointment. I will not ever buy anything else at Sears. The service sucks.

Shelly in the jewelry department did a great job in helping me find the perfect gift for my girlfriend for her birthday! She stayed within my budget and didn't pressure me into anything that would put me over! Keep up the great work Shelly!

I purchased my washer and dryer from Sears. The delivery men were great even though there was a mix up with the stackable hardware. Easy fix. That experience was pleasant...

We bought a LG washer and dryer along with a dishwasher in April 2016. The delivery people were extremely rude and after hooking up my washer took off a panel on my wall that hides the pipes. This rude man then informed me that I had a leak and he could not leave the water turned on. I did not have any leaks prior to this man coming into my home. When he made me sign the delivery slip I noted that I had no leaks prior to him hooking up my new washer. He left the panel off also. The next morning I had to have a plumber come out for a "leak". The plumber informed me there were no leaks, the delivery person didn't let the hook up seat. Another unnecessary charge and wasted time playing the waiting game. The panel is still not put back on as I would have to move the washer out to put it back on. The washer I bought has issues that need fixed. When I first turn it on and fills with water, it squeals so badly it hurts my ears. On the spin cycles the clunking is so loud I can not hear the tv in the next room.
