Bought a set of dishes. Got home to find the bowls broken. Took the bowls back to swap out for bowls from another set of the SAME IDENTICAL skew/barcode. Was told they couldn't do that and that I had to bring back the entire set. Not sure why they couldn't just swap out just the bowls from the other set and defected that set out. Anywhere else in town would have done it. Asked if I could check the other set for broken plates/bowls before I drove all the way home to get the rest of the dishe's to bring back (they do not get the same stuff in all the time, just random things and I wanted this set to match the rest of my dishes I bought 2 days before.). I was told they couldn't open the boxes. Drove 10 miles home and 10 miles back to exchange the rest of the dishes. Opened up the other set before I left the store to find 1 broken bowl. They wouldn't swap out the 1 broken bowl for a good bowl out of the other set. Now I've spent as much on fuel costs to offset what I "saved" shopping at Ross and no extra set of dishes. Big waste of time and fuel expenses. Should have just spent $10 more and purchased from Wal-Mart. MAKE SURE YOU OPEN YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT!!! 1 of the "Loss Prevention" people treats everyine as they are shady characters and theives" Not a very cordial person for being the first face you see when you walk in the store. Their selection caters to skinny people. I've spent a ton of money at this store and with the customer service I've been shown, I doubt I will be back!
Marginally decent selection for reasonable prices. The aesthetic compares unfavorably to essentially any competitors as does the selection and variety.
Not a very large selection and the prices weren't that exciting, the store on the Vegas Strip had better prices on things than this one.
i was not happy with the selection of clothes,,was not many in my size and some of the sales associates do not have good customer service
Avoid this place like the plague!! Staff is worse than useless and very condesending. Was returning an item I purchased a a little over a week ago never used and still has the tag on it. I was informed that because it was on sale they would not honor the price I paid for it and would only give me back the sale price. Total bs and the manager refused to even walk up and talk to me about it. I have given them a lot of business in the bast but that ends today!!
