Honestly never come here because everything is marked up 150-200%, but I bought a $30 item last week as a gift. Tried to exchanged the item unused with the tag still on and a receipt for another item of the same price, but was told the item only had $10 value now. What happened to your 30 day return policy? The company would have lost no money either way, not sure why they refused to do an exchange.
