When I first walked in there was no one to be seen, walked around towards the back young man jumps up from a desk where it looks like he was having dinner and watching t.v. Food container left on the desk in customer area. While helping me at the computer seemed more interested in what was going on with Sports Center than helping me figure out what was going on with suit rental and shoes. Another young man helped me with shoes and didn't even bother to offer me a shoe horn or seem terribly interested in helping me get the right size shoes.
We had absolutely the best service from Chelsea. She projected needs we didn't even know we might run into. I appreciate your help and expertise Chelsea.
Been there twice. First time, great service, helped me through everything I needed when buying, what I thought, was a very reasonably priced suit. Second time, (3years latet) 3 workers seemed more interested in chatting about other workers than helping us. I needed a new shirt and my syep son needed pants and shirt. Wanting everything to fit correctly, I wasn't comfortable doing this specific job myself. After prying someone away to help him she gave him his "only 2 choices for pants, and we picked a shirt, we paid and left. Suits very reasonable, individual items....not so much. Will go back when the need arises, but won't be my only stop for such items.
In all completely unprofessional and totally unimpressed. I will not be shopping here again.
The entire work staff is white I've been rejected employment there 7 times. I'm more than over qualified for the job. I can't support businesses that support discrimination of any kind.

This place is a joke. Employees were very unknowledgeable in regards to suit rentals for our upcoming wedding. Their selection is quite miniscule for their price tags as well - For example, don't plan on getting ivory shirts unless you want them to look like they spent a decade in storage. They were practically yellow. If you're looking for helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff with a vast variety of options, skip this big-box store and opt for Audra's downtown. We spent no more than a half-hour there completing our entire men's attire for our wedding and were able to pick out exactly what we had envisioned. The employees there were more than willing to accomodate our wants and presented us with multiple fabrics and examples of what we would be getting instead of pointing to a manaquin on the wall. Audra's prices, customer appreciation, selection, and friendly service are on a completely different level in comparison. Come to MW if you want to deal with an unprofessional, immature staff that cares more about how they dress than help you as a paying customer...the choice is yours!
