I just bought a brand new Tacoma from Toyota of the Black Hills recently and the experience was great. We were able to negotiate an out the door cost that was below my absolute maximum and it took very little time. The whole transaction was quick and easy and they have good coffee to boot.
This is a nice location. Other Toyota dealerships I've been to around the country make you feel like a number. However, this location tries hard to make it a pleasant experience. I've had my car serviced here under warranty for Toyota Care and it's definitely a step up than where I was before. There was a mix up with the warranty a few months ago that was kind of weird though. They couldn't figure out if I was due for an oil change or tire rotation... even though I told them last time was the tire rotation and this time was an oil change. Eventually they figured it out but I guess they wouldn't trust my word on it.
