Complete waste of time. Waited 45 minutes before Dr. Cook showed up. Also never bothered to introduce herself honestly thought she was some sort of vet tech. Didn’t seem to want to answer my questions about my pet. I was going to bring my horses and other animals but I will not me recommending or coming to the vet again. All I was needing was a few simple questions answered. Just seemed she had someone better to talk to. Kind of disappointed...
We have taken all of our animals to Cook for years now. Very impressed with the service; love the hometown feel; they all remember us and our animals when we come in every time. They’re fast at processing requests and thorough. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cook.
