I was looking for a specific product but didn't really get much help from anyone behind the sporting goods counter except a quick search to tell me it's not behind the counter so if I didn't see it on the rack they don't carry it. I'm not sure if they are allowed to order in products but they didn't offer to do that either. I also bought a bow case I needed and then like usual Cabela's fashion I found it $20 cheaper at the other large name sporting goods store across the street, so that figures. It probably wouldn't bother me so much if I had at least gotten some help. The other store didn't have the product either but at least they offered to order it, explained the differences between the brands they had in stock, etc.
We won't be spending our money here ever!
Great store if you are into, hunting and fishing. Our kids enjoy going and looking at all of the animals and the live fish. Smaller store then the Mitchell, SD store, but if they don't have what you are looking for you can find it online and have it shipped to the store.
Plus most of the nice inventory was made in China! :/
But wow the excessive trophy hunting and stuffed predators. Serious over kill and killing of endangered species.

Worst Experience with customer service I've ever had!!! and I've been customer of Cabela's for a while now or at least since it opened in my local area. probably won't be going there for a while or ever again, customer service is very much lacking. Witness 2 staff bickering at each other about gift cards. And all around uninviting place.
