I recently had an episode of chronic and severe lower back pain and went to the emergency room. That was a mistake! I could barely walk bc of the back spasms that were occurring every few minutes. The pain was excruciating! I arrived, checked in, and waited 4 hours... who has to wait 4 hours in an ER? there was approx 10 others waiting as well from new borns to 90 year olds. I suggest that unless its an airway or cardiac necessity that you use an Urgent Care.I will never use this ER unless I am forced by Ambulance.
