4 Paws is AMAZING and it's such a gorgeous place!! I have known Ashlee since 2009. Our dog Tana (tripod) was handicaped and only had three legs, Ashlee was so awesome with her and helped me with trimming her nails etc. Our animals are like our kids to us and Ashlee and Sandy treat them so good!! Everything is always so clean and they are so professional!! You can see they love what they do and each fur baby that comes in! When I go in to 4 paws, all the animals there are always so happy and playful, you can see how much they are enjoying themselves and being there!! I highly recommend 4 Paws!!!
Sandy has been grooming our dog since they opened. She always did an excellent job with him and we we're always happy. (Which is the ONLY reason for the 3 stars!) About a year ago we got a labordoddle as a puppy. We took him there as well. Each time we took him in she would say "it's this much today but won't go up any more than that" the next time, the price increased, again she said the same thing. She then told me if I didn't mind that the other groomer would groom him next time as she's "better with big dogs" I said sure no problem. The next time I called, I asked for an appointment and a a certain cut. We bring him in and I felt her whole attitude shifted. She was very anxious, nervous and stated that the other groomer she wanted to groom him left and she wasn't sure if my dog would do well with this cut. I said that's fine, just do his normal cut. (Now prior to this she NEVER gave me a single complaint or negative feedback on how he did, and I ALWAYS asked!!) At time of pick up she showed me a video of him up on the grooming table, he was crying and wasn't holding still, jumping off the table and you could tell he was extremely high strung. She said, he wouldn't hold still, he wouldn't let me touch his knuckles at all and was just being a butt!! I apologized and THEN...she charged me 90.00!! Mind you, my 1 year old niece comes over to our home and crawls all over him, grabs his ears and plays with him, never once has he ever reacted negatively. Being in a career of having direct contact with customers myself, a person immediately picks up on vibes like that. What makes a fur baby any different!?! When I got home, I was scratching his belly and noticed tons of cuts and deep shave marks all him!! She needs a sign that says "Small dogs only"
We used to take our elderly dog here before she passed and now we take our Great Dane to the new location. I love the new location and appreciate the service because not everyone likes working with big dogs. I had tried 3 other groomers in town and my Dane always seemed stressed and still dirty; especially his teeth. But not any more; he comes back happy and VERY CLEAN and FRESH! And believe me sometimes he’s really dirty going in!
My dog Loves 4paws Grooming. He always is happy to go and get a bath and cleaned up. Expert staff under the guidance of owner Ashlee will never disappoint they go above and beyond for you and your pets needs. I would highly recommend them!!!
I take my German Shepherd Dog here about every 2 months - Ashley is FANTASTIC with him. He has terrible separation anxiety, so she calls when she's about 20 minutes from being done with him. I just can't say enough about this place.
