Rude drivers and the company does not care about its riders
Only bus option for Rapid City. Terminal can get a little dicey at times.
Rude, obnoxious drivers and the company cares so little bout heir riders. Greyhound should buy them out and take over. A dead ape could run this shitshow better.
HOW sad is it that a disable person get kicked off a bus for smelling bad after riding for 3 days. NONE of the bus depot places have a spot to shower or clean up. What do you expect??? I am a 200 pound plus person my self and I know I would stink. And sorry the person is on limited income so can not just rent a room and make things all better. To add to the problem they also were broke down along the way. Sorry I give it a -10 yes that is a negitive 10 stars

I love riding the bus. And it's so fun I will do it again son. I like meeting new people and everyone is so friendly.
