I took a group of 35 students to Flags and Wheels and they had so much fun! Not only did they have enough space and staff to accommodate us, they were so friendly and helpful! Eric and Carissa were there to guide me through every little detail and were so accommodating. On top of it being a great experience, it's also the most affordable group activity in Rapid City. We'll definitely be back!
Cheated out of our $150 gift card/account. Grandmother purchased $150 gift for my son on 4/26/17. An elderly woman finally found record our 1st visit, but never put it in the correct place as stated. The next two times, no one could find record so they gave us a few tickets to play with as a consolation. Was told each time someone would call to resolve. Never a call. Terrible company and customer service. Out about $100 I'd say. We won't be returning and I'll steer others clear of any gift card ideas for sure.
Karts were very fun. Kids enjoyed every lap. Was very busy so the line was long but good service help move everyone thru smoothly.
We ARE, admittedly, Go Kart Fanatics (Aficionados). We have raced Karts All Over This Country. Flags and Wheels is a Great, Mid-Sized, Indoor Track. The Karts are Top Class and the Folks there are More than Friendly and Helpful Coaches. Have Raced there Repeatedly, Learned Sooo Much, and Look Forward to Returning. Really Can't Say Enough Good Things About This Track, its Karts and the Folks WHo Run it.
I go to Flags & Wheels several times a year (4-5). I enjoy this place so much, especially since I go all over the country for go-karting. The extreme karts are an exciting way to rejuvenate the liveliness in anyone! I live in North Dakota, and I frequently come down here just to go racing for a day or two. I usually spend plenty of money, but that’s worth it because of the fun and also the staff. I’ve come to be pretty good friends with Steve Climis who is stationed in that extreme kart area. He’s a great guy! This place is great fun, with great people— and reasonable prices. I will always be back. In fact? Going today again! All the way from Bismarck. Highly recommend.
