Excellent selection for concessions, reasonable ticket pricing for a movie theater, comfortable seating, and pleasant staff.
It was excellent BEFORE AMC took over. All the problems are a result of the changing of the way things were done to the way AMC does things. It was much more efficient and personal before. Staff is polite, a few that go out of their way to help you. If it was for the staff I’d probably drive somewhere else or just watch the movies when they come out on Prime.
Bad customer service. Brought family here to watch Star Wars. I was offered the AMC membership where you get the 2018 bucket w/ extra large drink taking $5 off. My mother inlaw bought a popcorn. She wasn't offered the AMC membership and went back to sign up for it. Instead of crediting her the popcorn she bought towards the membership, they charged her more money.
The ticket prices are good but, the snack prices are outrageous! It's a nice theatre though.
The service @ this theatre is outstanding. Every time I've been to a movie here, I'm greeted warmly, and I receive my order promptly and efficiently. The individual theatres are always clean, and there is no stopping and starting of the film due to some sort of technical difficulties. Since its change to AMC, I've attended probably three times as many movies as I did in previous years
