I don't get why BWW, regardless of location, the service is so scattershot.

Service is alright and staff is friendly, but the food gas been horrible everytime I have tried eating there. Better pack a bottle of Pepto-Bismol with you cause your gonna need it afterwards!
Took 20 minutes to get our order and over an hour for the food. Some of the food was cold too.
Other than berating me, great guy, great time.

The food at BWW is fantastic! The Rapid City location has terrible service. The serves are friendly enough when you see them but they all disappear after your food comes. I almost got up to get my own refill but was able to flag down someone.
Tyler Weddle was the nicest most fun server. He asked us personal questions and rated my fashion sense. While his reviews of my clothes were quite low, he told me some tips like
I ate here and did not see one buffalo. But there was plenty of chicken. And in fairness, the chicken was pretty good. I got a wrap and had the ball player (I assume, he was wearing a jersey) add honey bbq sauce. Oh, and I traded the fries for potato wedges, and those are bomb-diggity.
