Deciding on insurance does not have to be tedious, and confusing! Working with Randy has been the best experience with an agent, and a company I have ever had. He walked us through all the details, the Pro's and con's. What would be the best policy to cover all of our needs. He also explains everything in detail, so you have a very good understanding of what your paying for. You don't realize how great or how poor your coverage is until you need it. I have needed it when an accident happened. Randy was very helpful to file the claim, and was only a phone call away even after hours! The representatives were also very helpful! I did not have any problems getting everything taken care of. Farmers was very prompt and attentive! I am very impressed! They called me more then I needed to call them!
