I lived here about 12 years ago, and when i moved back i was so happy! I lovevthe ladys and the environment! So welcoming and relaxed!

I would give them a 0, if I could. The salons in rapid city aren't that great but this one is by far the worst. The women at the front desk ignored me and kept talking to each other until finally asked what I needed and I was there for my appointment. The person who did my hair was lazy and didn't even spend time to give me what I wanted. All they did was condition my hair, put me under the drier and blow dry my hair. Yet didn't even style it. My hair was puffy and not straight at all. Worst experience I've ever had in hair!
