I was just in for a gel manicure, and am extremely happy with the outcome. Technician made sure that I was happy as he worked. I will absolutely be back. Thank you!
I am not one to ever talk terrible about a place, but this nail salon is the worst with prices! I didn't mind that the pedicure was $40. That was okay, the prices were clearly marked. BUT the nail manicure was marked as $25. I could understand if a manicure with gel nail polish was 5-10 dollars more, but 25 dollars more is outrageous!!!! Gel manicure was not marked, and when they were adding up the prices, it wasn't making sense. When I questioned them, they got defensive and tried to tell me that they add regular manicure plus shellac, but the ending price did not add up.

I am so impressed with this establishment. I called asking if they had time for a mani/pedi about 45 minutes before close expecting a no. They said yes no questions asked. I went in and never once felt rushed. The technician that was helping me never once made me feel as though she was racing the clock although I wouldn’t have blamed her if she had, I knew I was pushing it. She took her time and she did a phenomenal job. Above and beyond my expectations. They closed 40 minutes late to finish my services. I can’t say enough great things about the staff here. Very professional and always going above and beyond for their clientele. I have been to near all nail salons in the Rapid area, and this place blows them all out of the water. Thank you for such a lovely experience. I will be back!

I am very disappointed with them. It was not worth the money, and they need to clearly mark their prices. I would HAVE NOT GONE here if I knew this was going to be the outcome.
