Great place! So much variety that I never get bored with my workouts. Love the individual attention given by the instructors even in the group classes. Highly recommended.
Nucleo is my favorite gym! I have been taking reformer pilates here for nine years and still love it. The instructors are so well-trained and knowledgeable, constantly switching up the work outs and customizing them to my body. They also have a wide variety of other classes offered, like spin and yoga in a clean and beautiful new space.
My wife has been going to All About Pilates for 3+ years. She convinced me to start Jill's men's class. It is a challenging workout and changes every week. She is motivational and puts her heart into every workout. Highly recommended.
This is seriously the best gym I've found! Mel & the other trainers push you to do more than you think you can! But, they are always there to make sure you are doing the right thing for your body and keeping you safe from injury! Seriously, awesome place to reach your fitness goals! Not to mention they have classes for all levels and likes!
