Just joined today and was already blown away by an employee. The gentleman that got me squared away and signed up was the asst. manager named Chris. They simply do not come nicer or more professional or just plain fun than Chris. Employees will literally make or break a business. If this is the caliber of personnel at this gym, I am already psyched. I haven't even started yet and right from the moment I walked in, he made me feel like I mattered. Why can't everyone be like this? The manager was also awesome! Infinity thumbs up!!
This Planet Fitness is kept clean and in good condition (and recently underwent an expansion!). The manager, Alan, is professional, friendly, and offers good workout suggestions. I find the atmosphere to be comfortable and well suited for my somewhat intense workouts.
The stretching area gets crowded and I've noticed not many people wipe the mats after using them in this area.
Free weight area is small and crowded as well. Only used that area once and did not feel comfortable with the amount of people in the small area.
I like the gym and the equipment. Staff says hello when walking in the door and helpful when needed. I liked the 30 minute circuit when first started going. About 2 Machines per target area (not all). Even when busy, I usually get the machine I want relatively quick. Monthly cost is awesome too!
This is a great gym with a hassle-free policy if you want to stop your membership. I stopped and restarted my membership a couple of times and always came back because of there policy. Great rates too. Super affordable and very clean up to date facility.
I have been a member here for about 3 months and have always had a positive experience. The manager, Alan, calls my husband and I by name which makes us feel like valued members/customers. He and his staff are super friendly and personable. We love PF :)
