My 2 minute conversation with Mr. Kramer basically included him asking multiple times how much money we made with the purpose of trying to tell us we made enough money that he should not have to pay for the logs. The conversation ended with him saying we could drop them off to him for free or drop them off at the dump. It was extremely cheap and rude of Deadwood Biofuels to ask what our company made and to attempt to use it as a reason they should not have to pay for a product they would then profit from. We will not be working with this company in the future and I would recommend others avoid it as well.
In my interaction with Deadwood Biofuels I found them to be extremely cheap and rude. We called to drop off logs from one of our project sites. Normally with other companies we discuss a time to drop off and a price per ton they would pay us for the logs. If they are not interested they politely tell us so.
