Horrible Experience
I have half a building and now have to wait for some unknown amount of time for others to buy in my area before they will come out and finish it. This is after I took two separate days off of work where they never showed up and never even called. Very unimpressed.
I have been dealing with this company and actually two "sales fronts" since June. I truly believe they operate in the sense that they want people to pay the downpayment and then cancel so that they can pocket the money. I would be shocked if they ever actually install buildings. After MULTIPLE back and forths and "they are coming this week" we have thrown in the towel and cancelled our (what was now the second) order for good. 6 months of monkeying around with this disastrous company is just too much. Save your pocketbook and the headache and RUN RUN AWAY!!!
in 2010 they built a loafing shed to my specifications, which weren't very clear (my fault), but they did not hesitate to go back to the shop, change the angle, and build it just the way I wanted it. Because I was skimpy about the ground anchors (what they warned me of!) the building did not hold up in a strong wind. They came back and build a new one (insurance paid) and took the old wreck away free of charge. This said - I was VERY happy with their work. I took one star off my 5 star rating because I'd like another one but they seem to refuse to answer my messages ... :(
I ordered a 20x26 fully enclosed 2 car garage it took two months for them to come out and install the structure, but these guys really know what they are doing. They had the garage built in just 6 hours. They worked together like clock work. I would recommend these guys to everyone. And if I ever need another building I will definitely be calling on them. The garage is beautiful and much nicer than I thought it would be. I will try to post pictures of the garage if I can figure out how. Thanks guys for a job very well done.
We ordered our carport in May and finally in July they called to set up a date to install it, so my husband took the day off from work and they never showed up, but left a message they would come the next Thursday, but they didn't show up then either, so another day off from work. My husband called them and finally got an answer, Vanessa says they will be there tomorrow at 3 0clock pm. No problem I'll be home then, but at 8oclock Am my neighbor calls me at work because they are there and want to know who pays.... so I have to leave work and drive the 30 miles home, so I loose a day of work. They did a good job when they finally installed it, but left a half eaten hamburger, cigarette butts and screws laying around. Very unprofessional. More trouble than it was worth.
