I have had the pleasure of working with Heckel Construction on several different occasions. I feel all their team members are professional and display great communication. There new home designs really separate them from the rest.
Heckel did an addition for our house. It was done behind schedule and over budget. When I called in August for a compaction issue and again later for one of the electrical connections needing attention, neither one was addressed by Heckel after all this time. Very poor customer service during and after the job was complete. One of their workers used extensive profanity at us when he was asked about timelines for completion. I do not recommend this company for any construction needs. There are way better local contractors out there.
Heckel Construction is great to work with. They are very professional and always go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and deadlines are met. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Heckel has done several jobs for us and we have been very pleased with all of the work!! He will be doing more very soon.
