This is not a good company to work with. Had a good representative come and do an assessment of a complete house replacement. ( had special issues that we went over with him) then we get a contract but he said he was going on vacation. We say we will wait for him to get back due to special issues. He comes backs and calls us we are to go up and pick out and look at windows. He is gone- left. Got someone else that tells us that there new windows have nicer looking locks. They are plastic, I said I like the older metal ones. We go round and round. Then he comes to the house. Mind you I have borrowed the money and have in bank for the contract price. Back to the story. Once he looks at house he keeps stopping and and saying we can't do it - nope can't - can't - can't. Then after looking at windows says I think these were just placed in and the windows don't go back behind the frame. I said I watched the guy back when put them in and he just cut out and place in windows - but this new guy wants to check with bosses. Ok I say. Then I get a voice mail from him saying sorry we want to back away from this. Mind you after telling us over and over how they were going to honor our signed contract. I call and talk to a manager. Then I get a call from two managers on speaker phone. They say well we are not going to honor the contract because it exspires today. Yup! How's that for an honable company?
We had new windows and siding done last year and have had a great relationship with Hagen. They've always returned our calls and I've had no problems getting a couple minor things fixed. I'm sorry the previous writer had such a bad experience. I can only tell you mine has been great!
Tried to get help on getting a window replaced earlier today and I told him I didn't know much about it he said my two options were to bring him the broken window or he could come get it for $300 I said I don't understand what you mean by bring you the window its a broken piece of a bigger window. He would not explain he just said "well those are your two options, bring it or we come appraise it for 300$. I said you are not helping me im still just as confused and once again, " You have two options bring it here or we come for $300 I asked him who am I speaking to? he answered Hagen Glass I said no who am I speaking to, again Hagen glass tried again finally he mumbled on purpose something like deylan or gaylin. He absolutely did not want to help. Must wanted to get off work. Whats sad is I don't know if they do good work because the guy on the phone did not want to help anyone.
Very disappointed with Hagan glass. Thanks for wasting my time and not following threw. Very disappointed.
