Let me tell you what Brown did for me. Paid very good money to make sure a package was delivered 2nd day Air. All I get is an excuse of rescheduled and no package. We left town for the week and it was delivered after we left. We were specifically waiting for this item for the trip. Second day air turned to three day ground...
Since when is UPS Customer Center closed on Saturdays? But yet, they still have route delivery on Saturday? So why in the world can I not pick up a package on Saturday? Just ******* ridiculous if you ask me. Open your doors to customers UPS! Not happy at all!
employee telling me the package was really left at another address which does not mach the tracking ticket. I drove to the depot and basically heard everything from "is there something going on between and your neignbor " to " thats just not right that it should take 2 weeks to get another delivery" . They showed absolutely NO resposibility for the loss. Passing the buck is their MO
