Buyer beware! The front desk staff told me they accepted my insurance and charged me a copay. I then find out that they did NOT accept my insurance and I in turn got slammed with a huge bill. Do not rely on anything they say because they only have a wealth of MISINFORMATION. The administrators were absolutely useless in addressesing the issue as well. Unfortunately this is typical of the healthcare available in Rapid City. Overall a very greedy organization. Avoid

After seeing the spine surgeon and following his protocol, I was told 2 weeks prior to my scheduled surgery that my BCBS (a MAJOR national carrier) denied the surgical technique/instrumentation as "investigational". He offers no other option for spinal fusion which equals in my mind, "Go elsewhere...I'm not interested in doing your surgery ". I went elsewhere and am glad I did. The Rehab Doctors and BH Orthopedics are very up front in letting you know they are all in this together..$$$$$. Very sad for Rapid City residents who would prefer utilizing services here.
Absolutely not helpful whatsoever. The doctors are rude, and clearly in it for the money. On top of that, after my examination I could hear them through the door discussing what I should do, stating they hope I do something. Felt uncomfortable the entire time. 2nd time going, thinking I would give them a second chance. Needless to say they totally blew it. I don’t know when doctors lose their compassion through their career, but they do. I’m coming to find out Rapid City ‘specialists’ suck. I will never go back. #wolfpack
