Rude incompetent staff. And the lady at the drive threw barly spoke english!!
Very rude staff. Ended up on that side of town the other day and went to this location to save time. I usually use the location on St Joseph or St Patrick st. Big mistake the nosy lady at the drive threw asked me a bunch of questions unrelated to the task that I came for. You see I routinely cash checks every morning for the business I run. They didn't recognize me at this location and we're treating me like some kinda of scamer or criminal, she said she couldn't cash my checks cause they weren't drawn from Wells Fargo. I've had an account with these guys since 2009!! I told her there must be a mistake and went inside. After arguing with the teller inside for 20 min I stormed out and drove 2 miles to the St Joseph location. I went in cashed my checks and was out in under 5 min. If your in town and you use wells Fargo avoid this location at all cost!!
Pathetic bank charges $8 to cash a check that's written by a customer on their bank...then dumb enough to ask if I want join their bank??? NEVER would I join a company that looks so pathetic and money hungry and desperate for money that they charge a fee to their customers clients and business partners because they are that desperate for money... I guess opening accounts for people that didn't know it wasn't so profitable so they will do whatever they can to try to make a buck. Good luck Wells Fargo you seem desperate at this point
